We currently only ship within the UK. Please contact us if you require shipping to other destinations and we will try to assist. All orders will be sent via Royal Mail or courier

Orders over £50 are free

Orders under £50 – £4.99

We aim to have your order dispatched within 24hrs and you should receive it within 3 – 5 working days, providing all your items are in stock. Please note during peak periods you should allow up to 7-10 days. You will receive a confirmation email once the item has been despatched.

As a small independent business we try our best to ensure all orders are despatched and delivered on time. Therefore please allow up to 7 working days before contacting us. We thank you for your patience.

CANCELLATION OF YOUR ONLINE ORDER

You may cancel an order at any time before it has been processed for shipping. To cancel your order after it has been despatched to you, please follow the online returns procedure, stated below.

In the unlikely event that a parcel arrives damaged or faulty or you wish to return it, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel by email at questonline@btinternet.com

All items need to be returned within 14 days in their original condition with original packaging. A copy of your original order must be included in the parcel for us to be able to process your refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

With the exception of faulty items or goods damaged in transit , Quest Gifts Ltd are not responsible for return postage or costs associated with this. We would recommend that you obtain a Certificate of Posting, we do not accept liability for returned packages damaged or lost in transit. It is your responsibility to wrap products adequately to prevent damage.

Any refunds will be issued once we have received the goods in their original condition and with the original receipt. Refunds can take up to 10 business days of receipt of returned goods and will be made via our online payment system. With the exception of faulty items or goods damaged in transit we do not offer a refund on the cost of postage.

Due to reasons of hygiene we are unable to refund or exchange earrings or facemasks

Sale items and personalised/made to order products are also non-returnable unless faulty
